The rich deep gilled flavors of the meats along with the perfectly spiced vegetables and broth made this an easy all-time winner for elegance and taste. It was significantly more elegant and refined than the Algerian restaurant in Dieppe which I loved. And the flavors without adding spices/sauces to the broth outshined Chez Bebert in Paris. Lunch for two including 25cl red wine, dessert and coffee was 60 Euros. Clearly the best middle eastern food I've had in or near Beauvais. ”
